Error problems with Running a game.

I was on here before and got some advice on what to do, but it didn't help much so I need to ask again.
Buckle up this may be a minute.
Recap: I just got a new HP windows 11 lab pot with 4 GB memory. I wanted a Video Game called WWE2K22 and got it. Problem was it was 60 GB. I got a USB Drive that had 187 GB memory to help.
First problem occurred fast. The game wanted a NFTS files, not the FAT one the USB had. one switch to MFTS later the game accepted the USB and started to download to the USB. Then the Problem that brought me here showed up.
Error (0xc000001d) occurred in location 0x00007FF6D89AC1E0. I went here to see what I can do, got some advice and fallow it. Restarted the computer uninstall and re-install the game but it didn't help.
As a test I had a game in my archives around 135 MB. Not bad but will help me test if installing a game on a USB will work. It did, don't know why or how but it started up and worked fine.

I come here asking why my computer allowed a game on the USB that is still a NFTS file one run fine, but not WWE2K22?

Please help. I am more then confused, and no I can uninstall and re-install it. it takes hours for that and it just pulls up the same error.

Can you please provide a little more information about the spec of your HP laptop please?

However, reading the information you've provided, I don't believe your machine meets the minimum requirements for this game. 4GB of RAM is barely enough to run Windows let alone a game like WWE2K22.

Steam shows the minimum requirements for this game to be:

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Processor: Intel Core i5-3550 / AMD FX 8150 (AVX - Compatible processor)

Memory: 8 GB RAM

Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 480

DirectX: Version 12

Storage: 60 GB available space

Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

Additional Notes: At least 4 GB Video Memory

Jacob, is the external disk that you have a regular memory stick? Or a properly external drive?

as stated above, the laptop may not meet the requirements, the laptop/pc needs a dedicated GPU for that game and therefore will not run and will throw an error code, that error code is usually the first response to not meeting the games hardware requirements, most of the time windows will state your computer does not meet the requirements and will refuse to download, but there is times it lets you download then refuses to start the game, it can be hit or miss.

Taptiles is running an error message code 0x803F8001. I'm running Windows 10 and I have been playing this game for a long time, never had problem.
