    Hello, I attempted to purchase "Overwatch: Origins Edition but every time I try I get this error:

    "Use a different way to pay

    We could not get authorisation for this. Error PBR9012"
    After doing some research I have tried various things;
    - Checking billing information is up to date
    - Adding new payment option (Card & PayPal)
    - Checking I have sufficient funds
    - Contacting my bank

    But still I get the same error. Also I should mention just 15 minutes before I managed to purchase my Gold membership with no issues.

    Is there a problem with that certain game or the store?

    I was on https://billing.microsoft.com and verified that my billing information is correct. Also I verified my VISA information, after clicking 'Save' some amount of money was taken from card. All
    addresses are the same and match my physical location. My card is valid till 08/2018. Then I tried to buy 1-month-subscription, but an error remains the same.

    Log in to https://billing.microsoft.com and verify that your billing information is correct - for instance that addresses ar eup to date and match your Xbox Live region, and verify that your card
    has not expired.
