    ERROR PBR 9002 Buying Content and Sign in Ea Acess


    Hello Guys

    I'm From Brazil

    Recently, i bought a Xbox One.

    When i log on Xbox One DashBoard, tried to Sign in on EA ACCESS program.

    Test 3 credit cards and nothing happened.

    Error PRB 9002

    After this, contact Microsoft support and answer me there are issues with EA Program in my country.

    But, for my surprise, i tried to buy another contents inside dashboard, but all of then are refused.

    I Need a solution for my problem

    Microsoft recommends wait 48 hours until my account stay "cleaned"

    But nothing happened.

    Need a solution because there is no other form to sign in EA Access program or bought anothers packs and contents
