The error code Ox80D02017 usually occurs when there is an issue with the Microsoft Store or the Xbox app. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure Windows is up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available
  

including optional updates for your device.

• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows key + R, type "wsreset.exe" in the Run dialog box, and press Enter. This will clear the Microsoft Store cache.

3. Reset the Microsoft Store: Press the Windows key + X, select "Apps and Features" from the menu, find the Microsoft Store app, click on it, and select "Advanced options". Click on the "Reset" button to reset the Microsoft Store.

4. Reinstall the Xbox app: Press the Windows key + X, select "Apps and Features" from the menu, find the Xbox app, click on it, and select "Uninstall". Once the app is uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the Xbox app.

DID you fix it I got the same one??

No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
able get online at all its quite lame.
