Discus and support error Ox8082000c but I have the Disks. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Although I have the disks for mass effect 3 its apparently not backwards compatible for my console.     error Ox8082000c but I have the Disks.


    Although I have the disks for mass effect 3 its apparently not backwards compatible for my console. How do I solve this issue considering it is on the backwards compatibility lists and Ive played both pervious games without any issue. I have tried clearing
    my xbox 360 storage from my xbox one and a hard reset, what else can I try?

    After restarting the console it no longer says this game isnt playable here. Now it says please try again, error ox8082000c. Im going to go to error help and try to fix this but at least were were getting somewhere

    I been trying to install a backward comp. game on my Xbox one for the last 3 days and this code keep popping up and when I try to install the disc it said (this game isn't playable here) and it is on the list of backward comp. "BLACK OPS II" yes my

    Skyim Infinite Load -- No suggestions have worked!

    I try downloading it to my harddrive (I have the disk) and the install says disk error at 99%. This isn't a scratch or disk issue because I have read that others who have tried this get the same error.

    What kind of hard drive did it come with.

    Providing you are using the original hard drive if the error persists i would advise calling xbox support they should help you.

    Also i have a problem a disk reading error the disk tray will jam if there is no disk in but if there is not problem.

    this only happens for me with Mass Effect 3 all my old games work fine. Disk 1 will install fine, Disk 2 will not install stopping at 44% even after replacing disk 2 with “a new one” it gets to 44% and will stop with dirty disk error , for some people it
    has been disk 1 that has had this problem, others have reported dirty disk error when playing the game or freezing at loading as I have experienced and again as in my case it only effects ME3, other games play fine, so it’s not the disk drive with the problem,
    not directly anyway. Also it sounds like this problem has happened before in MW3 “dirty disk errors” . Let make it clear that this is happening to a lot of people not just a few and on new consoles as well.
