    I have trouble opening excel online file on office365 sharepoint.

    File excel has 4 people together edit, former open file no error but today open file has orror(image). I think the error of user in the process of using.

    I want to know the details of the error. the reasons for the error and how to fix it.

    please help me. Thanks all !!

    have tried a few things though, nothings blocking it from opening, button just doesnt work at all
