    Error on xbox one s


    Ive had issues with my xbox going into a loop on the green xbox logo loading screen. i get it into troubleshoot mode and have updated offline once and that worked sometimes restarting works. now it wont restart or reset or update via usb i get error e101
    00000504 8b050041 when i try to update with the usb and i get another error when it wont load and i put it into troubleshoot mode. then sometimes it just goes to the preparing console screen and wipe the xbox even when i did not tell it to. its been doing
    this multiple times a week now.

    If it's compatible with Xbox One, it should work with the entire family of devices (Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X). What error message do you get when you attempt to connect the device to the One S? Is it simply not seeing the controller?
