Error on removing a friend's mother's credit card

Hello, for some reason microsoft needed a credit card so I can use my $10 credits, my friend gave me his mother's card info and it worked. But now I can't remove it because of an Error, it just says Error. Please I can't keep the card on my account my friend family can't afford to pay anything atm, they are struggling.

if you have an active subscription it’s tied to the card and needs to be cancelled first.

Using someone else's financial details is fraud and goes against the law if you don't have the account holders permission. It is a violation of the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

Yes, but only use it if you got permission from your mother to use her credit card.
