    Error on placing order


    I'm trying to place an order for power supply for India region.

    It goes through well till step2 of Billing and Review.

    On filling the payment and deliver address info and submitting I always get an error page with message below.

    1102 - There’s a good chance that this is not something you’ve done wrong, but an error that we’re not yet aware of. We think that the best thing to do is to start again from the home page. If the problem persists, please contact our support team and
    reference error code 1102 for assistance.



    I have retried many times with different browsers and OS without success.

    What is work around?

    Are you sure that the order went through successfully?

    As you should have received an order confirmation e-mail containing order details and order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
