Error Occurred Tera

I’m sorry to hear about this issue. The error message suggests that your device has lost connection to the online server, which could be due to network issues, server problems, or a temporary glitch. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? Also, is this the only game you're experiencing issues with?

If you haven’t done any troubleshooting yet, please try the following steps:

A. REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and remove to confirm.

4. Select Close.

B. POWER DRAIN

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on the console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

If you still getting the same error after the steps above, try restarting your router:

C. POWER DRAIN (ROUTER)

1. Unplug power cable at the back of your router

2. Press the power button for 15 seconds. This will remove the remaining power.

3. Wait 5 minutes.

4. Plug the power cable back and wait for all the lights to turn green.

5. Restart your console by pressing and holding the Xbox button on your controller > Restart Console.

6. Test and proceed below if still not resolved.

D. Try connecting to a different network, such as turning on Mobile Data connection > Setting it as HotSpot, then connecting your Xbox. Once connected, try the game again.

If you've tried all the steps above and this is the only game you're experiencing issues with, it's likely a server related problem. I recommend checking the server status and trying again later.

Tera is ok, but i prefer Black Desert, i used to play Tera but i get bored of it...
