    Error msg "We can't sign you in."


    I'm getting error msg "We can't sign you in." "Try again, it should work now." Or "Try again in a few minutes." All online statuses say there are no problems with Xbox. Any ideas on what's happening?

    Hello There ! Would you please try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console!

    If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then turn on the Xbox.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Hi - same problem as RomanFive7739 - Mahjong Error Msg - code 016000. Previously msg also allowed me to play game, but not signed in.....IS ANYONE WORKING ON THIS PROBLEM....this is getting quite annoying... we enjoy playing these games ... oddly enough
    we can play Taptiles, but usually with the "not signed in" msg, but at least we can access the game.... PLEASE HELP.... Thanks.
