Error messages when using MS Solitaire Collection

Discus and support Error messages when using MS Solitaire Collection in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I had to change my MS log-in information as it was associated with a former employer and the email I had as an employee.     Error messages when using MS Solitaire Collection


    I had to change my MS log-in information as it was associated with a former employer and the email I had as an employee. I seem to have done that ok and can log in to MS and to Xbox. However, when I try to log in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get two error
    messages which I will show below. I'm 70 + and only moderately techy. I'm hoping that I won't have to lose all the progress I've made in these games over the last few pandemic months. Please advise if you can help.

    Error Messages:

    User Signed Out: you were signed out of Xbox Live from outside MS Solitaire Collection. We need to return you to the main menu to sign in again.

    Sign In Error: we could not sign you into Xbox Live. Please check the MS Solitaire Collection FAQ
    (which I don't understand) and refer to error code 1170000.

    Solataire will not install

    I am having the same problem. When I click on MS Solitaire Collection, I get a message that Xbox is unable to connect, cf. error 001000

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    We're not seeing any issue loading the Daily Challenges right now for Solitaire Premium Collection, what type of device are you playing the game on? Are you seeing any error message or error code when this happens?

    This reply from M3tal Daz3 is the only thing that comes up when I search for what to do about MS Solitaire Collection Error Code 121010, however, is does NOT address 121010 at all.
