Error Messages - Cloud and auto save

I’m getting multiple errors during Franchise and RTTS. First, when it tries to auto save, occasionally I get that Error, Operation failed 0x8007000e. This has been an issue for a long time, I atleast had a work around and could back out and save to the cloud. Now when I’m saving to the cloud, closing the game and restarting it, I’m getting Error Failed to Download/apply data. Basically I have no way of saving anything at this point. Any ideas?

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :
Is this happening on Xbox, right?
If yes, what Xbox model do you have?
Is this happening only when this game tries to auto save?
Did you tried deleting some unused cloud saved data for other games and then try saving on this game?
Or what else did you tried?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Internet Expert

The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

If the information was deleted from the cloud or the auto save feature replaced the saves which then synced to the cloud the information is then gone.
