error message : Your xbox name does not correspond to the store name

microsoft flight simulator support,

After about 7 or 8 contact yesterday, Your support
finaly said that the problem of our installation come from the server windows
where we download the program. They said do nothing. After some hours
everything will work fine. Twelve hours later nothing is solved. The service
just lied to me. Amazing from Microsoft.

I explain
my problem one more time. I downloaded and installed msfs2020 from the store
with the name of my partner who paid the deluxe premium (3 days for download
and installation). Of course, I have my own xbox profile. So when the
installation is finish I change the name of my partner with my name. At that
time, I just have a simple msfs without the bought addons.

I did in
the past 3 time (because of reinstallation) and it was fine. The support said
this procedure is the right procedure. But I still have the error message that
the name of the store is not the same as xbox so I cannot have access to all
function.

We have one
windows 10 with 5 users. Each user must have its own profile. We have a ms family account.

Can you
please help seriously ?
