Error message when redeeming gems but they were taken from my account?

So I just placed an order for the Halo Wars 2 controller stand for 1000 gems, I enter my mailing info and wait a rather long time for it to process. I get an error message sensing me to these forums but the 1000 gems are now gone from my account and I don't
see any way to see that the order went through. Is there some way to check to make sure it's processed and to get a confirmation on it?

Gears of War redeem codes

Since they were purchased from a physical disc, the retailer would have to be the ones to exchange them. What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming them?

Issue cashing in Gems

I attempted to cash in my gems on 10,000 reward points. I received the error message that there was an an issue and now my gems are gone and the points were not added to my account.

Same thing happened to me! I was trying to convert Games to Rewards Credits and it took the gems off me and then said that it didn't go through 0_o

Hello GINNYtheHUSTLER,

The "redeemed" on the Gems statement is just a record of you spending Gems to claim that item from the Vault. It does not track when you actually redeem the code from the redeem.microsoft.com site.
