    hi there,

    i made a xbox account today for the first time ever and when i try to message my friends it says I can't due to past behaviour yet my status says im good and i have verified my phone number and everything, any idea how to fix this?

    Issues with Xbox Live

    My friend cant play his digital games. I sometimes getter an error message when a try to play mines, but it works after a few attempts.

    When i message a friend they receive the message but when i message a person that is not on my friends list they do not receive a message and i have tested this out on at least 20 non friends and they all say the same thing that they did not receive a message
    from me also id like to add when i do send a message to some one that is not on my friends list it does say "message sent" so i am really confused i will try messaging you now.

    OMG Profile wont download help..........

    well ive recently changed my password to my windows live account, When i try to download my profile on my xbox says that

    xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now, but the thing is it displays a message on the bottom of the screen (when i cancel that error message) saying: 4 friends online

    but I havent really signed in, the bar usually gets halfway through download my profile then cuts off and displays error message
