Error Message when download Minecraft Windows 10/11 version {Post Migration}

We migrated. Then logged in the new Microsoft log in. Then downloaded the version of minecraft. Error message; before installing. I will pay gladly.

WHO DO I CALL?

MY son won student of the month and just wants to play Minecraft. Please help.

I'm afraid that there is no direct number that we can call. If this is Minecraft for Windows 10 game, have you tried to directly install the game on Microsoft Store?

We shut down the computer. It was Error 268675 or something like that.

We are in a loop of sign ons and installs. It’s very frustrating. Is there a number or service anywhere you can get direct help? I’m letting my son down here in a big way.

If I may ask, what is the exact error that you're getting whenever you're trying to download Minecraft for Windows so I can check that for you?

Please go to the Minecraft website and download the Windows 7/8 launcher. Try playing the game using it. The Windows 10 launcher is giving this error for some users.

Make sure you sign in with the correct Microsoft Account used for the Migration.

Also, uninstall the current Windows 10/11 launcher before installing the Windows 7/8 launcher.

If you received the confirmation email about the migration, it migrated properly for sure. Please make sure you download the right version of Minecraft (Java or Minecraft for Windows) and use this Windows 7/8 launcher for now.
