There's no step to try and the error message is "we're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out" .

I'm trying to buy only the xbox live gold but it sends the same message.

Also the message I am getting said this: ''We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out.'' That's what it said.

I got this error:

We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out."

Sorry to hear about what happened. Please check your account through https://account.microsoft.com website and make sure that your Address book and Payment options are up-to-date with your correct information that matched with your bank information. You can check them under Payment & billing section on the web.

If you're using VPN service, kindly disable it. You can try to purchase it using a different device and internet browser or try incognito mode. If it does the same thing, I suggest that you try a different payment method or re-add your payment method if you don't have a different payment option to add.

I've checked my address book linked to my card, and I have updated it.im not using a VPN but I use the browser to purchase because I'm unable to purchase using the console. This is the new error after following your steps.
