The error i get is 0x80190194. And i think everything is up to date in my computer.

From what I can find, that error code seems to be pointing to Windows either not being updated or having an issue with an update somewhere. Not sure what to suggest here if your system is up-to-date.

It might be worth opening up a Command Prompt (Windows symbol bottom left of home screen, start typing it and, when command prompt appears as an option, click on "run as administrator") and then entering the following:

sfc /scannow

This will scan system files to find if any are corrupted and repair them if possible.

Beyond that, not sure what to suggest really beyond a Windows reinstall (would need to be a completely clean one off USB)

Am just wondering: Do you have the Xbox app installed on your PC? GP games can be accessed and installed from that app if needed. GP games can also be downloaded directly from the Microsoft STore as well

What error message is it? That will indicate where the issue is.

What useless advice what is the point of talking to you, this issue is still ongoing !! Xbox game pass for PC, We cant install hello Neighbor it throws up an error upon install and no it is not something our end as everything else works fine!
