Error message "Try that again. Something happened on our end" in Microsoft Mahjong

I have an up-to-date premium subscription to Microsoft Mahjong. I can access the Xbox and also other Microsoft games (Solitaire and Sudoku) without any problems. When I try to log on to Microsoft Mahjong. I get a message saying "Try that again. Something
happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is 0xC03F00D, in case you need it.". I have tried leaving the app running, as the message suggested, but that did not resolve it. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I ran wsreset
and the troubleshooter but with no luck.

I have had problems with logging on to Mahjong since the end of April and reported it then under another error message. I reported this error ("Try that again") on Xbox beta, as requested, but have heard nothing. I am raising this as a new issue as a) my
error report is lost in the depths of a post on a different problem and b) it will be easier to find for anybody else experiencing the same issue.

Please can you escalate this? As I said, I have paid a subscription but been unable to play since late April. Thanks.

0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

Having the same problem. For me, it is only happening with Microsoft Mahjong. The error message I get clearly states that it is a problem on the Xbox side:

"Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is, 0xC03F300D, in case you need it"

 

"Try that again, something happened on our end."

I've been getting the same thing for nearly 2 weeks now, I unsubscribed and bought a 3 month pass, and tried adding that info in, it also came up, then I thought I might be able to redeem it on my phone, and once again it said the same thing

Any news on this? I have been unable to play Premium Subscription Mahjong since the end of April and would like a resolution.

 

I to am a paid subscriber and have had this error repeatedly. It will clear up for a short while then come right back. I feel this is real sloppy management on the part of Microsoft. Error code does not show up 0xC03F00D so apparently Microsoft does not
even recognize the problem.

 

you have just to change your location, I think that could fix the problem
