Error message, "To play this, you'll need to buy it" when I am trying to play a disc

I am trying to play games I have on disk and I am getting the message error, "To play this, you'll need to buy it" with the code (0x803f8007). It's telling me I need to check my payment info but I obviously own the game if it a physical disk. Also, any
games that I have downloaded from the store still work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Try cleaning the disk or restart your xbox

Hi,

try to delete the game from the xbox then reinstal the game again with the disc it should start installing the game and when finished you should be able to play the game without getting the error message

Trying to buy the game or just play it with Core? GTA V is not available on Core, so if you're just trying to play it, you'll need to buy the game.

If you are trying to buy the game, what error message you gettiing?

Have you checked your subscriptions on your account on the website to see if it has activated.

There was a service outage that affected all core services off Xbox live. Might have caused some issues with your gameplay.
