Error Message: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in....

G'day everyone!

I am hoping this may help someone with this same problem with this error message (Or Similar) and/or this Error code.

It happens when you try to sign into Xbox Live with your Xbox 360 profile. You can sign into your 360 profile but it kicks you out of Xbox Live. You can connect to the internet but it kicks you out of your 360 profile. Or, you are unable to download your 360 profile all together.

I asked the Live Help Chat and we couldn't figure out the problem. I accidently DCed from my chat but managed to find a solution (At least for me) without calling or speaking to anyone.

What I tried was:

Changing Avatar.

Changing Password.

Deleting my 360 Profile but was unable to download again on both 360 and Xbox One (Not at the same time)

Searched EVERYWHERE online.

But nothing worked! However, 1 person said his solution that was similar to mine that helped, but he called to get that help. I say thanks to that person!

This was my solution!

What I did was refreshed my Subscription (As I had Xbox Ultimate Pass) by turning on Auto billing and turning it back off. (As I don't like to be Auto billed)

Now, I can sign into my 360 profile AND Xbox Live at the same time and play as normal on both my Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Also can now download my Xbox 360 profile!

This is my first time posting here but thought I would give a solution for someone that may have the same problem I have and others had. I was too shy to call for help though but did it this way.
