    I get there has been an error message every time I try to download a game from Microsoft store.

    Hi George.

    It says 'there has been an error' Retrying doesnt help. I go to next screen and get error Code: 0x80070005 I have a brand new computer with Windows 11, all updates. I tried repairing Microsoft store, Apps, didnt help. Also tried disabling BitDefender didnt help.

    Have you tried hard resetting the Xbox by holding the power button until the console is off?

    Also, you should be still able to install the DLC. Go to "My games and apps" and find the game you want to install the dlc for that you already own. Press the start button on it and click Manage game. The DLC should be in there, ready to install.

    Hello Barry, what kind of error would you be having on your system, does it show some number on the screen when you try to do a downalod?

    Does your Windows have the latest updates for version 22H2 and is it activated?

    Have you tried any procedures on your PC, if so which ones?

    If you can give more details.
