    I bought and installed MW2 over the weekend and so far I have not been able to get past the screen adjustment (screen froze) or a message about "Making sure my external storage is connected (It is), so is there on problem with the install or the system or what? This is for the XBox One console, I have tried restarting, hard restart, even unplugging the ext. storage.

    Kindly highlight the game and then press the menu button to move the game.

    Thanks Francia, I'm have not had an issue with 2 other COD games and was able to play them. If that is the case can you walk me through the steps to move it? I'm sort of a novice with gaming, although I can move around a bit the technical stuff gets me. I am away from the console until tonight and will have to try then.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    The issue can be with the game file on your external hard drive. It can be corrupted. I would like to check, are you having issues with other games as well? If this is the only game, you may need to move the game to your Internal Storage and try to play the game from there.

    Yes and it gives me the error message as per the above.

    You can also set the external drive as capture location from the storage screen but it gives me the exact same error message.

    When I try to move my game from the external storage to internal storage, I get the error message "Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right." But the status page shows green.
