    I'm french and I want to change my xbox gamertag for the second time.

    The app then redirects me to Xbox.com or I have to pay $9.99, I decide to pay with PayPal but by clicking on "Buy" this message appears:

    Yes I tried the second method which is to pay by "credit card" but it asks me my region in the USA and my "ZIP code". But I live in France and impossible to change my country!
