    Sorry to hear about the NBA 2K16 download issues! I went ahead and moved this thread over to the proper forum for better visibility. If you are still running into issues downloading NBA 2K16 such as the installation taking a long time to complete or the progress

    Xbox knows about this issue downloading the game, I too preordered and am getting that same error and it's fustrating but they're working on a fix right now to get it working ASAP! You can confirm this by going to Xbox Live Status.
