    I have received error message 0x80073cf2 while attempting to download NBA 2K16. It just keeps going in the queue until I get the error message. Please help!

    Still no luck. Caught in a cycle of queued/installing/installation stopped

    Tried to uninstall then reinstall - same error 0x80073cf2

    same problem.. MJ SPECIAL EDITION.. 80 *** dollars wont work... tech support on phone is absolutely no help.. please figure this out so i can play at 12:01 am est on 9/25.. whole point of the *** pre order

    Xbox knows about this issue downloading the game, I too preordered and am getting that same error and it's fustrating but they're working on a fix right now to get it working ASAP! You can confirm this by going to Xbox Live Status.
