Error message 0x00000007 on Microsoft Store when attempting to load game page

Hi! I've been trying to load the game page for Rainbow Six Siege for a few hours now. I've tried restarting my console a few times and I've also restarted the router, so I assumed that after all that the problem may fix itself. No luck though, i stop get
the same error and have run out of options. I found a similar question with someone experiencing the same issue (see link below), however there aren't any solutions yet. Thank you so much if you have an answer!

this is an on going issue. When trying to purchase or download a game from the store. If that game has a trailer, the trailer would play, but no purchase or download shows up on the screen. A store error pops up half way during the trailer. It's an on going
issue, and I think it was due to an update. Who knows, there's nothing fixing it. I hard booted and restarted the Xbox a bunch of times, the issue continues.

Microsoft need to get on top of this. It's causing an issue trying to download any game from the store or gamepass.

since there are people having the same issue, Microsoft should take action to fix it. I'm not trouble shooting an issue with my Xbox when it seems to be an issue on Microsoft's end. Not resetting my system. Microsoft need to fix.

It did not fix the issue for me, and I have not seen anyone else say that it works

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with an error code 0x00000007 on the Microsoft Store. I recommend to try doing a reset
your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and Reset and keep my games & apps. Please make sure to know your account credentials and have a stable internet connection. This will help refresh the operating system on the console.

resetting also did not fix mine. Glad to hear that I am not the only one, so it must be on Xbx's end. I hope the figure it out soon.
