Error mando X box x series

Hello, I wanted to explain that I have an error with the x box x series controller, in which it disconnects from the PC out of nowhere, and gives an error that closes the game and others marks them, do you know what it is?

My problem is not wireless, in fact I use the joystick on a wired PC, the problem is that while I play quietly, the joystick causes the PC to lock for a second, and gives an error in the application. I don't know how to solve it, far from that error, the joystick works perfectly, I never find a solution to that, nor does it happen to someone else, I don't know if it has something to do with windows.

But do you connect the joystick to the PC via USB cable?

This error it gives to the application, can you send a photo or screenshot of it? So I can see the error code.

Will this also work for X-Box Series S? It says "Buy it for X-Box 360" on the link.
