Click on Windows Logs

Search in both Application and System for any error log that may have been generated with this crash

Search for example for the game executable file error log (like ForzaHorizon.exe, Back4Blood.exe, Halo.exe, etc..)

Open Services:

Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.

Set Startup type to Automatic.

If the service is stopped, click Start.

Click Apply, then OK.

Restart your PC and try logging in again.

If that doesn’t do the trick, you can also reset the Microsoft Store:
