    Whenever I join the site account.microsoft.com/family/home I get an error message showing "Something isn't working on our end. Wait a bit, then try here again. TraceID: h0MfHzLVG0W7RGBp.32.48"

    My issue is adding members to my account which I am the Organizer. These members are not part of another family and keep getting this error message every time I request to invite:

    Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

    I'm not apart of a family group but when I try to change my xbox privacy settings an unexpected error occurs

    Hi, use first your real age:

    https://account.microsoft.com/profile

    After that, you say that you're alone in the family group. Please try the opposite

    I mean, join to a family group (you can ask a friend with your same age if your mom or dad doesn't have a Microsoft account)

    Ask to the person to go here > https://account.microsoft.com/family/home > add member > select family organizer (because you're an adult) > type your email address

    Once joined wait 10-15 min and check if you're able to change and save your privacy settings
