Error - Jetpack Joyride (WP) - Achievement not registering on Xbox.com

A couple of days ago I played Jetpack Joyride while at a location that the game could not connect with Xbox Live and earned the "Germaphobe" achievement while in "offline" mode. This achievement, while showing in game has not registered on Xbox.com. I have
done the following in an attempt to resolve this:

• Turn my phone on and off (Nokia Lumia 521)
• Earn additional achievements while the game is connected to Xbox Live to "force" the game to update the achievement list with the Germaphobe achievement.
  
• Completed the requirements for the Germaphobe achievement again while the game is connected to Xbox Live.
  
• Load up the Games app, scroll to the Xbox tab, and selected Refresh.

The achievement only shows in game. It does not show on Xbox.com, on my achievement list in the Games app on my phone, nor on my console's achievement list. How can I resolve this without uninstalling and restarting the game? Is this my only option? Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Annoying Problem Please Help [Lords & Kingdoms Cover Art Replacing Art For Multiple Games]

Same issue here. - most games are labelled as Kingdom & Lords. I've followed the steps but it just comes back. Oddly, I have Limbo labelled as Jetpack Joyride (another wp game).

 

Jetpack Joyride Acheivement Unlock Bug

I unlocked the jetpack joyride achievements Not so Green and Spice of Life and it says so on my PC

Yet on the xbox, or on the same computer even, when i log in to the games section, it says that i have not . Please Help?

Note: In-game, however, the achievements are unlocked.

 

Weird that earning other achievements in the same game didn't pop it. that did it for me with Jetpack Joyride.

I can only suggest uninstalling and reinstalling, this should clear that achievement and let you re-earn it.

 

After earning the other achievements in the game, I did uninstall and reinstall the game. After the installation, the Germaphone achievement was marked as unearned and I was able to earn it again. On a side note, while my stats were reset by this reinstallation,
my in game purchases (in game "money" used to buy stuff from "the Stash") were still there.

 

Excellent, yeah your purchased carry over which is good.
