    I recently signed up for a Microsoft Game Pass subscription which comes with EA Play. I am trying to download Mass Effect Andromeda from microsoft.com. However, I keep getting the error "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account." This error pops up for all games, regardless if they are EA or not. However, I can download non-EA games through the Xbox app. EA games are not in the Xbox app though. How do I download EA games through Microsoft Game Pass?

    I've tried installing that as well but its says:

    "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account."

    I already have my Xbox connected to it

    Hi,

    You can't download EA's PC games from GP Ultimate yet. It was supposed to be available last December, but for reasons unknown to us EA have delayed delivery of the service. All we know is it's some time early this year.

    I have the exact same issue tryig to download Sims 4 to my Lenovo with Windows 10. I have tried all the things you suggested and nothing is working. It says that i own a device but yhe device doesnt show when i try to install the game to it. I have also
    bought the game so it should be downloadable but it is not. Any suggestions?
