Error issue about 0x803F8001 on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Hi I bought a Xbox game pass ultimate yesterday.

I wanted to play Prey on Windows 10 but the error code: 0x803F8001 appeared and I couldn't even start the game.

I already have xbox game pass so there won't be a problem for this will it?

Can someone tell me why this error happens and how to solve this problem?

If required, restart your PC and try again. Make sure you have the latest Windows Updates installed on your Windows
10 system. If you are trying to update an app unsuccessfully, uninstall the app and reinstall it again. To uninstall an app, right-click on it an select Uninstall.

Hi there Bosung,

Looking at Prey in Gamepass it looks as though it only plays on Xbox One. You can see this under the “Plays on” heading under the game info (see image). Games that are playable across both platforms will show both Xbox and PC here.

It might also been removed from games pass so please double check the games pass list. https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-game-pass/games?=pcgames

I get it via game pass, reset the pc dont work the error code is 0x803f8001
