    For example I pre purchased COD MW on Xbox, but I can not rate and leave a review in the store, because I did not buy this game. This error with all pre purchased games, I also can not leave a review on Ghost Breakpoint.

    My mistake, I thought you meant they haven't been released yet. Maybe try signing out and back in or uninstall and re-install. I will hop on to xbox and look in to this error.

    I would have to say they probably won't let you leave a rating or review until the game is officially released. Most people who have early access are either payed to play the game, or work for the company. Allowing them to review the game would be unfair.
    So I assume they will wait until the general public can play until allowing rates/reviews. Hope that helps!

    I don't think that this is an error, instead I think that is absolutely normal!

    How can you leave a review if you didn't played the game?!

    Where is the logic behind your desire to write a review for something that you never play?

    I checked all versions of the games, I can not leave a review anywhere, COD, Ghost.

    I think Microsoft need to correct this error, if they want to get ratings and feedback from users.

    For MS Store pre purchased version is different then released game/
