Error in comments section in xbox android application.

Hi, can you try downgrading the Xbox app version to see if the issue persists? (For example, download the last month version)
Once downloaded check again (in case there is a problem with the latest version with your account)

If not, try this:
Go to your privacy settings tab here https://account.microsoft.com/privacy?refd=acco...

Expand the app and service activity > clear all app and service activity
After that sign out and sign in the Xbox app and try again

The problem is happening on the Android version of the app. I signed in on another device (also an Android, I do not have any IOS devices at hand) and the problem still persists. My associates account, when signed in on my original device, works completely fine.

Hi, I was double checking this in my iOS device... well, I'm facing the same bug as you in my account. As downgrading app version is not a thing on iOS I can't test that.

About downgrading on android, you can use APKMirror or Uptodown (both websites)

Watch out for ads on the site in the searching process that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products).

In any case, please share this feedback with the Xbox team

Go to your profile tab in the app > cog icon > scroll down to the bottom > give feedback

Hopefully the issue is going to be fixed in the next update

I took your advice and did the app/service activity method, but it did not work. As for the downgrading method, I am not confident in knowing where to start and how to go about the process, do you have any insight that could help?
