    I was allowing my grandson to use my debit card to sign up for Xbox game pass $9.99 month and somehow the next day I have a charge from xbox Gold Live $59.99 + Game pass $9.99! how do I get these charges reversed my grandson even went on his account and
    he does not have xbox Gold Live.

    ollow the video that Zingyathlete603 posted and if you do not see the xbox live gold there under subscriptions. ( you would need
    to be signed into your grandsons account) then go to the order history on that website it should tell you what was purchased for the 59.99

    How do I request a refund for a game that is free for live gold but charged?

    Hi there,

    You may go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund and request your refund through there.

    Once there, follow the instructions and on the third page, select "I found an error with my bill".

    On step four, Step 4: Billing error, select yes.

    On step five select request refund.

    You will need to be logged in to your Microsoft account and the order number for the item that you would like refunded. Make sure to be specific in the description box.
