error in account as main

In this case, I'm afraid that your friend's account might have run out of Xbox home switches.

Please be advised that you can only set an Xbox account up to five times in any one-year period. If the account reaches its limit for the year, you will see the next available date to replenish the Xbox Home switch.

NOTE: Customer support can’t offer additional switches.

To confirm your friend's account remaining switches, kindly sign in to his/her account on your console > press the Xbox menu button > go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox > from there, you should be able to see the remaining Xbox home switch and when will be the next date to have the Xbox home switch replenish.

Is it the memory error? You’d have to sign in with a different account and then resign in with your main account hope that helps.

Is your account a "Child Account" or does it have "Parental settings on it? This is one of the main reasons you could be getting that error.

Yesterday I created a new user account, installed Mahjong, Solitarie Collection (error 002000) and Schuffle Party (error -2101608440) and, unfortunately, there are the same errors as Cody in my main account. That means no access to daily challenges to games.

This error is now well known but not fixed yet, here is a workaround, once on the main screen you have to select another account, then press A to start, go back to the main screen and then select your account:
