    When i try to load into apex a grey error box pops up it has no error code and goes away fast

    Now because I deleted the accounts there is no error code it's just a grey screen when I try to add an account.

    my son has downloaded fifa20 but when he try's to open proclub all he gets is a grey screen,why is this happening

    just a grey screen with no errors? I would contact EA support to see if they know anything about this

    Have you tried this at all?

    To restart your Xbox One with a hard reset, hold down the console's power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The console will enter a full reboot cycle, and the Home menu should display once it loads.
