Error for Sid Meier's Civiliztion VI: 0x803F8001

Here is the message it shows: Civilization VI PC is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Additional information includes an MSI laptop and an already renewed Xbox Pass.

So how do we fix this issue?

Actually on the link you sent there isn't widows version (pc), its for 2k store and pc version is from Steam not Windows
