Error for over 24 hours

Trying to launch Tetris Ultimate and get the error message "Sorry, we cannot launch this right now. Thanks for your patience. 0x87de2726"

I reset the box and still got the same error. All other games are working fine.

Live is down

Haven’t been able to log into live for over 24 hours. Getting an 8007065b error code. Seems others everywhere are having the same issue.

Hi there,

I've seen this error a few times now, let's see if the same steps will resolve the issue on your end too.

Please try the power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link:
http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

After the console has fully restarted the download should start

If you google the error code and limit the results to 24 hours, people are getting this error all over. Forum posts are popping up all over. Apparently whatever is happening, the help desk people are in the dark

It should take almost 17 hours. By having a 120mps connection for the update to download. And since we talking disc here and not a digital version. That last part only should take 3-4 hours tops. Have there been brownout with your connection or there was
alot people in your block where using the internet at the time of DL update?

WS:TNO is appoxment 44,550,000MB. So each hour appoxment 1,856,250MB per hour. So it take a good 24 hours for the games to download. Unless you luckly have fiber opic connection that in thory can transmint1 gps. And can download it under a minute.

About this, My actual problem wasn't the download, on the app management it shows it is done but once I run the game (Ryse) it shows "Installing" and frozen.

Any thoughts?
