    for last of week i am trying to enter just cause 2 . But i keep getting this error .. You have an existing Xbox subscription that's blocking this code redemption. On your Xbox, go to Settings. Or go to account.microsoft.com/services to fix the problem.

    Hi there,

    Currently I think there are some issues going on with the Xbox servers, so that may be why you are encountering some difficulty in redeeming your DLC code. While that doesn't help much in getting the code redeemed, I would suggest reaching out to MS customer
    support as they may be able to redeem the code for your account manually while the other issues are being sorted :)
