Hola disculpe tengo un problema grave y es que cuando iba a comprar un cosmético para el juego de fortnite resulta que tengo únicamente $3.27 , pero el anterior día 16 de marzo proporcione $300

a mi cuenta , lo cual gaste únicamente $192 , me podrían proporcionar una respuesta?

Hola! Seguramente BeastBadsha no entendió bien tu pregunta. Si tienes un saldo vencido en tu cuenta no puedes pagarlo con saldo microsoft, lamentablemente solo puedes pagarlo con tarjeta de crédito o débito.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues with currency. We recommend to request a call from support so they can assist you. This is a known issue and is being investigated currently. We are sorry for any inconvenience this
may cause.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Microsoft even states that if there is a debit balance on your account the error may be displayed.

This could have one of these reasons:

There was a temporary issue with the Xbox Live service.

There is a debit balance on your Microsoft account."

No. Once you redeem the points you can't refund them. You do know the Xbox gift card you're trying to purchase is the same thing you redeemed the points for right?
