    As a solution, you must restart your console. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Settings. Select Restart Console.

    Prueba la conexión a Xbox Live

    Si no puedes conectarte a Xbox Live, el primer paso que debes realizar es ejecutar la prueba de conexión de red en la consola Xbox One para averiguar cuál es la causa del problema:

    Pulsa el botón Xbox para abrir la guía.

    Selecciona Configuración.

    Selecciona Toda la configuración.

    Selecciona Red.

    Selecciona Configuración de red. Todas las interrupciones conocidas aparecerán en el centro de la pantalla.

    En la parte derecha de la pantalla Configuración de red, selecciona Probar conexión de red.

    si te sale algun tipo de error comentalo para ver cual es el problema

    Lamento oir lo que te está pasando con tu Xbox, a mi me solia pasar eso caundo reiniciaba el router y demas.

    La configuracion de la Xbox en cuento al internet como la tienes en manual o en automatica?

    Generalmente el fallo de no poder conectarse a la red se debe a un error en la IP de la consola, por lo general, si tienes la configuracion en manueal intenta ponerla en automatica y si no, dime como lo tienes puesto en cuanto a mascara de subred dns y etc

    Espero te ayude en algo.
