Error en el pago de la suscribcion -[Translation - Subscription payment error]

La notificación tal cual es;

(Comprobrar la cuenta)

"Se a rechazado la opción de pago de una suscripción existente y esta bloqueada esta compra".

Y ya me manda a la pagina de Microsoft para revisar las formas de pago quedando con saldo a favor en mi cuenta personal. Sin poder realizar el pago.

Pero la tarjeta contiene dinero para hacer el pago pero me dice que error y me arroja el problema tanto en la consola como en el sitio web de Microsoft
