después de descargar archivo osu1 de Internet, formatear y seguir todos los pasos "parece" que todo ok, pero cuando la consola enciende y la estoy configurando, me pide una actulizacion de idioma de unos 36 Mb, la descarga y al reiniciar...bum! Mismo problema,
y de ahí es como volver al error inicial, alguien sabe porque? O alguna solución? Saltarse es actualización de idioma no es una opción, lo hace automáticamente

reset and offline update. We recommend going to device
support. Here you are able to register the console, check warranty, and set up a repair which we recommend at this point.

Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
offline.

- I need to troubleshoot a system update error

- Then select xbox one x, s, or xbox all digital edition

- I am getting an error message or error code

- There was a problem with the update

- Select relevant error message

Perform an Offline System Update

The Xbox One Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox One console.

To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

Sounds like you've gone through the right steps for attempting to offline update to your Xbox One S console, for sure. Normally, when a console is refusing to initialize the offline update, or update repair, it might be time to look into service for the
device. But for reference, have you been through the steps listed on this page when attempting this solution. just to be sure?
