    i've console xbox one x with problem error e102 101 105 and i can't find how to fix it pls help me!

    p.s. i try to update OSU but didn't help because it didn't install and was showing an error

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing error codes when powering on your console.

    If you have already attempted to use the troubleshooting techniques provided in the article titled

    Troubleshoot startup errors on Xbox One    , [on of which suggests using OSU] and are still unable to get your console back into an optimized state, then the only other option available would have to be to

    get your device serviced    .

    I recommend reviewing the first article once more and see if you are able to use any of this info for this scenario.

    Install the Xbox-Insider-Hub App

    Press Y on the homescreen of your XBOX ONE and search in the search bar for XBOX-Insider-HUB and install it.

    Now you can press and hold the xbox button on the xbox one Controller (like if you would to want to turn off the controller) and select report Problem.
