Presiona la combinacion de teclas Wndows + R, en el cuadro de texto escribe "dxdiag" sin comillas y presiona Enter

Por favor envianos una captura de la pestaña "Pantalla" y si existe "Pantalla2" o "Representar" tambien envia captura ( Recuerda que cuando envies alguna captura debes eliminar cualquier informacion personal que aparezca en la captura)

Tengo el problema que cada vez que trato de iniciar Valorant me salta el error de ¨¨dx11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine valorant¨¨ pero tengo el Dx actualizado e intentado repararlo
y todo y esta perfecto, actualize los drivers y todo, tambien trate de ejecutarlo con el procesador grafico y lo mismo, tambien con compatibilidad con windows 8 y nada funciona, no se que hacer
