    Error durind the starting process of the xbox One


    Hello,

    Guys, I had an anual license to use the live gold in Brasil. After expired, the console does not work more. I tried to reboot, disconnect all peripherals and to turn power off.

    When I reboot the device the error message is changed. Following the message:

    "Try again. If this happens again, please let us know by typing 0x80070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You might find help to accomplish your task here in xbox. From the beginning, press the menu button of your control, and select help."

    FYI: I am not able to open any menu. When I start the console and it shows the message and the bottom 'close'. If I click on close, the message shows again.

    Any thoughts on this?

    I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

    Disc reading issues.

    Sorry to hear that resetting didn't work. It sounds like your Xbox One Console might be in need of repairs. At this point, I would recommend starting the repair process through the Online
    Service Center    .

    Feel free to keep us posted on the process.

    If you're experiencing the same issue using Xbox One disc games, it sounds like your Xbox One console disc drive may be starting to fail. I recommend starting the repair process via the
    Online Service Center.

    Whenever you create an account with Xbox Live nowadays, a gamertag is automatically generated for you, which can be changed once for free after the initial set-up process.

    What exactly does the error say when you attempt to make the offline profile an online one? What steps are you taking to start the process?

    All of those errors suggest issues with the hard drive. Try pulling it out and starting up the console without one.

    If you are still having issues you may have to set up a repair for your console.

    If you go through the standard Xbox One console process of adding people to the game or starting a party and inviting your party to the game do you get the same errors?
