Error downloading Xbox 360 profile

Discus and support Error downloading Xbox 360 profile in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I spent around 5-6 hours discussing this issue with support over the last two days.     Error downloading Xbox 360 profile


    I spent around 5-6 hours discussing this issue with support over the last two days. I still cannot download my 360 profile in order to play backwards compatible titles.

    I have tried, among many other things:

    Using a hotspot,

    Using a wired connection,

    Deleting the 360 cache,

    Resetting the console, keeping games and apps,

    Resetting the console and deleting games and apps,

    Turning off recurring billing for Gamepass,

    Turning off 2FA,

    Removing symbols from my password,

    Changing my billing address,

    And after all that, Microsoft tells me that my profile is okay and the servers are working. Therefore it's my network at fault. Well, I'm sorry, but that's a cop out. I can play Series X games over Xbox live, and use all other services without issue, but my network is to blame for this one problem?

    Searching online shows a large number of people in the same situation, and the response is always a mixture of the above "solutions". They work for some, but not for others, but frankly I find it completely unprofessional. Diagnose the problem properly and engineer a solution.

    You see the following error code and message when you try to download your Xbox Live profile:

    Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

    Status code 8007045D
    This means that an error occurred during the download.
